STANDARDS AND CONDITIONS FOR GRANTING MEMBERS OF THINH TRI TRADING CENTER

1. Persons who have the following qualifications can be admitted to Arbitration Center Center:

a) Having full civil act capacity; have good health, clear background;

b) Have a university degree and have actually worked in a field major for 5 years or more;

c) Age from 30 to 70 years old and recommended by at least one member of the Executive Board of the Center;

d) In special cases, persons with high professional qualifications and experience, although failing to meet the requirements specified at Point b of this Clause,
        Arbitrator may also be admitted.

2. Those who fall under one of the following cases are not admitted The Center's arbitrator:

a) Persons who are Judges, Prosecutors, Investigators, Executives, Executives, Notaries, Notaries of the People's Court People, Procuracy
        People's murder, Investigation agency, Judgment execution agency.

b) The person being a suspect, the defendant, the person serving a criminal sentence or has served the sentence but not yet had his criminal record wiped out.

c) Other cases as prescribed by the Commercial Arbitration Law.

STANDARDS AND CONDITIONS FOR ACCESS TO PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF THINH TRI TRADING CENTER

1. 1. Persons who have the following qualifications can join the Center mediator:

a) Having full civil act capacity as prescribed by the Civil Code; have good moral qualities, are reputable, independent, impartial and objective;

b) Have a university degree or higher and have worked in the field for 2 years or more;

c) Good at mediation skills, legal knowledge, business practices, commerce and related fields.

2. Persons who fall into one of the following categories are not allowed to join the mediator of the Center:

a) Persons who are suspects, defendants, persons serving criminal sentences or have served their sentences but not yet had their criminal records wiped out;

b) Persons who are being subjected to administrative handling measures to be sent to compulsory education establishments and compulsory detoxification establishments.
